Hello! Dear Sir/Madam! I would like to keep your attention on manager City Bank Babaeva Shanna Kirillovna. (Бабаева Жанна Кирилловна) Location - Russia Moscow st Lusinovskay h72. Person cannot communicate with clients, very aggressive, cannot give real information about service in City Bank, person is not competitive in her job (she do not know where are to find stamp in passport, what kind of documents need -to open credit card). So I spend two days to find out all information (twice visit this woman in the City bank) and finally left without normal answer. After this I called to city bank via phone and got all information, what I need –so I collect all documents and was visit City Bank again .And again this woman start telling to me – like my passport (travel passport) having wrong border stamps (in fact it is impossible – be course UK border police and Ukraine border police –they are know how to stamp travel document). Finally I asked to change manager and after I got normal service from other manager. So I think it’s so shame to have in team of City Bank manager BABAEVA SHANNA KIRILOVNA –and you are losing clients via her service. She put me via «hell» and I was give up on credit card from the City Bank but thank you other manager who help me to apply for credit card. I was skater Feld Entertainment Disney on ice 9 years (since 1997 until 2006) and my opinion about City Bank very high.
